S. Vivek is the General Counsel at M2P Solutions, a leading financial infrastructure company. In this role, he oversees legal strategy, corporate governance, and regulatory affairs, navigating the dynamic intersection of technology and financial services across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to joining the technology sector, Vivek was a Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, India’s premier law firm, where he specialized in securities law and capital markets. His practice involved advising on complex regulatory mandates and market-entry strategies for some of the world’s leading financial institutions and intermediaries. Vivek was previously also a Fellow with the Regulatory Governance Project at the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru. His research focused on the institutional design of financial regulators and the evolution of administrative law within the Indian financial sector, frequently engaging with statutory bodies on framework enhancements. He holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from NLSIU.
