Bhuvana Anand is a researcher on economic freedom and cost of regulation. She has built a portfolio of practice on better regulation, particularly in the fields of land, labour, education and agriculture. An alumnus of Fletcher School at Tufts University, Bhuvana was part of the leadership teams at Centre for Civil Society and J-PAL South Asia, and has worked with DFID India, UN, and Deloitte.
