Building data and research to provide policy support for judicial systems reforms.
Data from courts and quasi-judicial tribunals in India is increasingly emerging as a powerful tool to study the functioning of the judiciary and the impact of enforcement of laws on the economy and society. These data-sets form the foundation to understand and analyse the links between court-performance and observed economic outcomes in the domains of bankruptcy and company law.
